Delete Your Vedics.ai Account

1. Open the Vedics.ai app on your device
2. Navigate to Profile (tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation)
3. Scroll down to Account Settings and tap Delete Account
4. Type "DELETE" to confirm your decision
5. Tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account

When you delete your account, the following personal data is permanently removed (anonymized):

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Date, time, and place of birth
• Location coordinates (latitude/longitude)
• Login credentials (passcode/password)
• Gender and language preferences
• Push notification device tokens (deactivated)

Certain data may be retained in anonymized form for legal, security, or operational purposes:

• Payment transaction records (required by financial regulations) — disassociated from your identity
• Anonymized usage analytics
• An anonymized account record for audit purposes (no personal information is identifiable)

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You will lose access to your birth chart, horoscope history, and chat messages
• Any unused credits or active subscriptions will be forfeited
• You may create a new account with the same phone number after deletion
