Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Service Failure

Astrologer fails to join the consultation within 24 hours of scheduled time

Technical Issues

Platform or server issues prevent service delivery (verified by our team)

Ethical Violations

Astrologer violates our code of conduct (harassment, discrimination, unprofessional behavior)

Early Cancellation

You cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled consultation time

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Unsatisfactory Predictions

Personal disagreement with astrological interpretations or predictions that don't align with your expectations

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before scheduled time or no-shows

Completed Services

Consultations that were successfully completed (astrologer joined and provided service)

User Error

Inaccurate birth data provided by you, or failure to attend scheduled consultation

Subscription Features

AI-generated content (daily horoscopes, Vedic AI Guru chats) once accessed

Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellations

  • 2+ hours before: Full refund issued within 3-5 business days
  • Less than 2 hours: No refund (consultation fee forfeited)
  • No-show: No refund; astrologer still receives compensation

Astrologer-Initiated Cancellations

If an astrologer cancels for any reason (emergency, illness, etc.), you receive an automatic full refund within 24 hours.

How to Cancel

Go to Consultations → Select consultation → "Cancel Consultation" button. You'll receive confirmation via email and in-app notification.

Refund Process & Timeline

How to Request a Refund

  1. Navigate to Consultations → Select the consultation
  2. Click "Request Refund" and select a reason
  3. Submit request (no additional documentation needed for eligible cases)
  4. Our team reviews within 24-48 hours
  5. Approved refunds processed within 3-5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days
  • UPI/Digital Wallet: 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days

Refund Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the consultation date. Requests beyond this window will not be honored.

Disputes & Appeals

If Your Refund is Denied

If your refund request is rejected, you'll receive an explanation. You may appeal by emailing vedicsai0@gmail.com with "Refund Appeal" in the subject line.

Chargeback Warning

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We work to resolve all disputes fairly—please give us the opportunity to help before involving your bank.

Subscription Cancellations

If Vedics.ai introduces subscription plans in the future:

  • You may cancel anytime through Account Settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • You retain access until the paid period expires
